Six Cohoes seniors sign athletic letters

Six Cohoes seniors signed celebratory letters of intent to continue their athletic careers next year at the collegiate level.

  • Jaclyn Benedetti signed a letter to play soccer at Russell Sage College.
  • Lily Brennan signed a letter to play soccer and softball at Framingham State University.
  • Bryce Hancock signed a letter to play basketball at Albany College of Pharmacy.
  • Julia Marcil signed a letter to play basketball at Keuka College.
  • Carissa Shanahan signed a letter to play soccer at SUNY Fredonia.
  • JJ Trudeau signed a letter to play baseball at Dominican University. 

Not present for the event were Crista Spizowski, who will play softball at Russell Sage College and Shelby Dawe, who will play softball at Elmira College.

“These student athletes represent the Tiger Way,” said Athletic Director Jeff Huneau. “They are team first, committed, service-minded, respectful and resilient. They have been exceptional role models for our younger athletes during their time here in Cohoes.”

We wish these athletes the best of luck on and off the field. You will always be a Cohoes Tiger!
