Although Cohoes Tigers fans won’t be in the stands for the upcoming winter sports season, they’ll still be able to watch live as our teams hit the court.
Cohoes athletics has partnered with the NFHS Network to offer livestreams of every home game from Alumni Field and Alumni Gym.
“This is a great opportunity, particularly as we deal with COVID-19, to still give our families and fans the opportunity to cheer on our teams,” Athletic Director Jeff Huneau said.
How does it work?
NFHS has installed at Alumni Field and Alumni Gym a system of Pixellot HD cameras which capture all the action in a fully automated, end-to-end production.
The equipment for the livestreams was provided at no cost to the district and the installation was covered by our booster clubs and a generous donation from Saw Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.
Fans can watch events via livestream or On Demand with a subscription to NFHS. Subscriptions are available on a monthly ($10.99) or annual ($69.99) basis.

The first livestreamed game of the season is schedule for Saturday at 4 p.m. when varsity girls basketball hosts Ravena.
