Cohoes City School District students ages 12 and up can receive a free COVID-19 vaccine at a vaccination clinic from 9-10:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 16 at Cohoes Middle School.
Students will report to the CMS Gymnasium at their appointment time. To schedule an appointment, please fill out the vaccine reservation form. Once your form is received, you will be assigned a time in the 9-10:30 a.m. window.
The clinic, held in partnership with Marra’s Pharmacy and Cohoes Fire Department/EMS, will administer the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine to eligible students.
The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is a two-part vaccine. Individuals receiving the vaccine on Aug. 16 will be required to return on Sept. 10 to receive the second dose at the same location and time. If you are not able to return on Sept. 10, please do not register to receive the vaccine at this time.
