COVID Symptom Reminder

Dear Cohoes Families,

As we progress through this school year, our number one priority is to keep our students safe and learning in the classroom. But to do that, we need your help. It is important for you to please keep your child(ren) home if they are not feeling well. Students should not be sent to school if they have symptoms of COVID-19, which include:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

COVID-19 testing information is available by calling the New York State Department of Health COVID-19 Hotline at 888-364-3065, contacting your health care provider or by visiting the Albany County Department of Health website for information and local test sites.

We thank you for your continued support and assistance.

Preparing our students for success in tomorrow’s world.
