Video Tutorial on how to navigate Classroom

Google Classroom is a free and secure learning network for teachers, students and schools. It provides a safe way to connect, share content, participate in discussions, send and receive assignments and receive class information. All of the core Google Apps for Education are fully compliant with federal and state student privacy regulations (FERPA and NYS Education Law 2-d). The district has a signed contract with Google providing a guarantee of a very high level of student data security.

We will be using Google Classroom as an educational tool and it will be used solely for educational purposes. Google Classroom allows your child to have access to class work through the internet at any time. It is accessible online and through any mobile device with Internet capabilities—including iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

If you would like to receive weekly or daily summaries  from the Guardian Section, please send an email to your child’s teacher so that he or she can send you an invitation.
