As the district prepares for the second quarter of the school year, we would like to give families the option to update their selection for the model of instruction that best meets the needs of their children.
If you are looking to continue your child in his/her current learning model i.e. fully virtual, hybrid (CMS/CHS), or daily in-person at elementary, you do not need to complete a form. Again, no action is needed if you’d like your child to remain in their current learning model.

If you are requesting a change for the next 10 week period, please complete this form for Quarter 2 on or before 4 p.m. on October 30. Due to staffing, space, and course offering limitations, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor all requests, but we will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate our students.
By filling out this form and changing your learning preference, you are committing to that model for a minimum of ten weeks through January 29, 2021. The next opportunity to change your preference will be provided in January.
Families must fill out a separate request for each child by the end of the day, October 30, 2020. Please feel free to contact your building principal with any questions.
