Please join district leaders in welcoming our new director of facilities, Jim Stapleton, to the Cohoes school community.
Stapleton comes to Cohoes from the Shenendehowa Central School District, where he was the energy management supervisor. Previously, he spent more than a decade in the Niskayuna Central School District as a maintenance mechanic supervisor.
Stapleton has a degree in school facilities management and is a certified asbestos supervisor and inspector. He officially took over the role of facilities director in late December.
