In recognition of Teacher Appreciation Week (May 3-7), members of the Cohoes High School PTO, CHS Admin Team and Milltown Homes spent the weekend updating and beautifying the high school faculty room. The makeover includes new furniture, decor and artwork, dishes and flatware, fresh paint, and a coffee/ tea station. The project was also completely funded by the folks mentioned above.
“Our teachers have faced a lot of unique challenges this year, but they’ve rolled with it and stayed positive for our students,” CHS Principal Laura Tarlo said. “We wanted to repay them in some way and give them a space where they can take a break and recharge.”
