Threat on CHS made during Zoom meeting

During a Zoom meeting Tuesday evening for Cohoes basketball players, an unknown user joined and made a threat of violence against Cohoes High School. Following district protocols, Mrs. Tarlo immediately called Cohoes police.

Police are investigating the incident. As a precaution, there will be an enhanced police presence today at CHS.

The district works closely with Cohoes police to respond quickly to any threat of violence in order to keep our students and staff safe. If you have any questions about safety practices in our school, please reach out to Mrs. Tarlo.
