As the Cohoes City School District prepares for the third quarter of the school year, we would like to give K-8 families the option to update their instruction model that best meets the needs of their children. A separate form for CHS will be sent in the near future.
Google Form to change Q3 learning model preference
By submitting this form and changing your learning preference, you are committing to that model for a minimum of ten weeks through Apr. 16. The next opportunity to change your preference will be provided around that date.
If you are looking to continue your child in his/her current learning model i.e. virtual, hybrid at CMS or daily in-person at elementary, you DO NOT need to complete this form. Again, no action is needed if you’d like your child to remain in their current learning model.
If you are requesting a change for the next 10 week period, please complete the form by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 19. Due to staffing, space, and course offering limitations, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor all requests, but we will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate our students. Please feel free to reach out to your building principal with any questions.
