Important Parent Portal login information
Sept. 13, 2011 – Parents and guardians should be reminded that if they have previously been assigned a Parent Portal/Sharepoint username and password, they should NOT apply again for access to their children's records. One login profile provides access to all siblings' records within a family and the assigned login will be used for the entire duration of the students' years in the Cohoes City School District.
Lost or forgotten login information can be retrieved by contacting Kathy Santoro via email: ksantoro@cohoes.org.
For parents or guardians of NEW students or for
those who have not yet applied for a Parent Portal username and
password, a copy of the access form application can be found
here. Completed access forms should be returned your school's
main office. Please note that complete, online access to a student's
profile is currently available for students in grades 6-12 only.
