District staff honored for years of dedicated service
Nov. 9, 2011 – It is a tradition in the Cohoes City School
District to recognize our staff as they reach milestones in their
employment. This year was no different. On Tuesday, Nov. 8, as part of
the Superintendent's Conference Day, 99 staff members were recognized
for their service totalling an incredible 1,763 years.
Congratulations, staff members, and thank you for the work you all do for the community's children.
In addition to the celebrating their colleagues, faculty, administrators and staff use the occasion to raise money to help support needy Cohoes families throughout the Holiday Season. This year, they raised $2,800 that will be used to make the holidays brighter for local families this year.
