2011 Physical Education leaders named at CMS and elementary schools
May 5, 2011 — Physical Education students
from the middle school and the elementary schools were honored at
the Capital Zone of the New York State Association for Health,
Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance Sandra G. Morley Physical
Education Student Leadership Awards on May 2, 2011 at the Hudson
Valley Community College McDonough Sports Complex. This award is
given for outstanding leadership and excellence in Physical
Education. The Physical Education staff at their school chose these
students that they felt performed well in the areas of fitness,
citizenship and leadership. All schools in the Capital Zone of the
NYSAHPERD were invited to select honorees at the elementary and
middle school level. The following students received this
distinguished award.
