CMS 2011 Summer Learning Academy will kick off on July 11
June
7, 2011 - Cohoes Middle School will be hosting a Summer Learning
Academy for all incoming Cohoes Middle School sixth, seventh and
eighth gradersthat will run from Monday, July 11 through Thursday,
August 11. Classes will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
and will run Monday-Thursday only. The Summer Learning Academy is
for Cohoes students only.
The Summer learning Academy focuses on project based learning and has a literature component as well. The program is not only for students who may need remedial help, but is geared toward students who want to stay involved with learning over the summer.
If you are interested in having your child
attend, please fill out the attached permission slip and return to
Deanna Kelly, Assistant Principal at Cohoes Middle School. If you
need a hard copy of the form, please stop by the main office at the
middle school. All Summer Learning Academy classes will be held at
Cohoes Middle School!
