Live FAFSA hotline Wednesday, 12 noon to 6 p.m.
What's there to do on a snowy afternoon? This Wednesday, and every Wednesday throughout the month of February, Cohoes High School seniors and their families can access the Higher Education Services Corp's special FAFSA Assistance toll-free Hotline, 1-800-808-1790, which offers live help to answer questions about the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The hotline will be available beginning Wednesday, February 2 from 12 noon to 6:00 pm.
The FAFSA Assistance Hotline will operate every Wednesday from 12 noon - 6:00 pm through February 25 to promote Student Financial Aid Awareness. Seniors who are planning to attend college next year and their parents can learn more about the hotline, the FAFSA and other financial aid services at the HESC's new financial aid website.
