Congratulations to the CMS Class of 2010
It
was an exciting morning at Cohoes Middle School on Thursday, June
24. Students lined the first-floor hallways in dresses and ties,
while parents jostled and shuffled around the gym, looking for the
best seat--all of them waiting for the Promotion Ceremony to begin.

Several distinguished guests joined the CMS administration on state, including Superintendent of Schools Robert Libby, Assistant Superintendent of Education Services Peggy O'Shea and District Treasurer Adam Hotaling.
Cohoes Mayor John T McDonald III also spoke to students during the event, which featured awards presentations, musical selections and speeches by Valedictorian Kevin Napier and Salutatorian Kacie Welcome.
