Second Annual CMS Guitar Hero tournament next week!

9, 2010 - Cohoes Middle School's Positive Behavioral Intervention &
Supports will present the school's second annual Guitar Hero
Tournament this month!
At the finals on Thursday, June 17 at 7 p.m. in the CMS gym, students will compete to determine who the number one player in the school is.
Before that, preliminary rounds will be held during the lunch periods. Students will compete in these Guitar Hero categories: Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert. The cost to enter the tournament is $2 (payable on the day of each competitor's first match). The 20 lunch period/level winners will then compete in the Guitar Hero finals. There will be a $1 admission fee to the finals; all proceeds go toward prizes and the promotion of PBIS.
Businesses in Cohoes have been invited to sponsor the event through donations and/or advertisements in the finals program, as well as being invited to have a display of their wares and services on the night of the finals.
Come out and support each student's quest to become a Guitar Hero champion. Cheer them on to victory and enjoy the community celebration at one of the most influential places in your child's life, Cohoes Middle School.
