Harmony Hill School celebrates 20 years of education!

Harmony Hill School, which opened its doors in 1987, is celebrating 20 years of education this year.

The year-long celebration will kick off on Sept. 28, 2007 with a school-wide assembly that included previous Harmony Hill principals, the opening of a time capsule from 1997 and the creation of a new time capsule.

A committee at the school worked over the summer to plan many special events for the Harmony Hill community, which including an 1980s-themed dance, a tree planting and special treats for students throughout the year.

This year, school will be holding School Spirit Days and students will be encouraged to wear their Harmony Hill t-shirts. In addition, staff and administrators are planning prizes and other events to commemorate the anniversary year.
