Football Program to Honor 9/11 Victims at Saturday Home Game vs. Hudson

On the sixth anniversary of the 9/11 Tragedy, the Cohoes Football Program will honor those individuals who were involved in the tragic events of September 11, 2001.

The football coaches will be wearing 9/11 Remembrance shirts, instead of their usual coaching polo's at this weekend's game.

North Rockland High School Head Football Coach Joe Casarella and the New York State High School Football Coaches Association, along with the 9/11-Victim Fund, established a program where high school football coaches throughout New York are able to purchase 9/11 Remembrance shirts to wear on the weekend anniversary of the 9/11 tragedies. All proceeds from the sale of t-shirts go directly to the 9/11-Victim Fund.
