Thumbs up for clean teeth!
 In
February, UPK students got a lesson in clean teeth.
Lisa Kaminiski, a dental health educator from
Capital District Pediatric Dentistry, visited the class to talk
with the students. The children learned about the importance of
brushing and flossing their teeth and going to the dentist.
Students also learned about what is good for
their teeth and what can harm their teeth. For example, they
learned that fruits and vegetables are good for their teeth,
while sugar is bad for them. |
