Article A makes its Cohoes debut

The New Jersey-based pop band Article A made its Cohoes debut in February, playing several songs and talking with students about their journey through the music business.

The alternative rock, power-pop band members answered students' questions about their musical likes and dislikes and how they write music and rehearse. The band members encouraged students to continue pursuing an interest in music, especially music theory, as they continue through school.

The band has played at several high schools in the northeast to promote their new album, Stay Now, which will be released in March.

Cohoes High School band, chorus, Music In Our Lives and Music Theory students attended the performance.
