First Annual High School Athletics
Recognition Night
Date: June 10
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Location: High School auditorium
Recognitions will include Scholar Athlete Teams; the MVP, MIP,
and Sportsmanship recipient from each respective sport and
level; and special recognitions and awards for varsity teams.
Cookies and punch will be provided at the end of the evening.
Physicals
The following dates will be offered to all
middle school and high school students wishing to participate in
a fall sport.
Sports physicals will be offered on:
Tuesday, August 5 - 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Wednesday, August 6 - 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Students must return updated completed forms by
their parent in order to receive participation approval.
On Monday, Aug. 4, from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. all
middle school and high school students who wish to participate
in a fall sport and had physical done by their own physician
must return proof of their recent physical and the update form.
The update form will be distributed by the coach prior to this
date and is to be completed by parent.

Once students complete all medical requirements each season, they
will receive a card from the nurse indicating they are approved to
participate. Students will receive a new card each season.
